Request account or content deletion
Email contact@merendoncloud.com with the subject “I Want A Pic There data deletion.” Send it from the email used for your account, and include your publisher handle if you have one. Tell us whether you want your whole account deleted or only specific photos. For photos or social posts, include their public links.
Never send your password, sign-in code, or payment-card details. If you cannot access your account email, say so and we will work with you to verify ownership.
What happens next
We verify the request, identify related account data, uploaded files, scheduled placements, and social publications, and arrange removal. Active purchases, refunds, and pending publications may need to be resolved first. We reply when the request is completed and explain any information retained for accounting, disputes, security, or legal requirements.
Deleting an item from the dashboard is not the same as erasing your account. It does not automatically delete an existing Facebook or Instagram post. Include those links in your request so we can remove posts we control. Copies made by other people and search-engine caches may remain outside our control.
Facebook and Instagram data
If your request concerns data processed by our Meta app, include the relevant Page, Instagram handle, or post link. You do not need an I Want A Pic There account to request removal of your personal information. Removing a platform connection does not automatically remove records already held by this service; contact us to request that deletion.
