Information we use

When you sign in, we store your email, account details, and a session that keeps you signed in. Session records can include your IP address and browser information. We use email codes to verify access and rate-limit requests to protect accounts.

Your profile may include a handle, bio, and timezone. Uploads include the image, caption, location you enter, dimensions, and the contact or website link you choose. We also keep review decisions, placement schedules, orders, payment references, and publication records needed to operate the service.

What becomes public

Published photographs, captions, locations, publisher handles, and destination links are public. Approved photographs may appear in the website rotation and on our social channels. Do not upload private information or images you lack permission to publish. Public images and links can be copied by other people and indexed by search engines.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, maintain your library, review content, schedule and deliver placements, process purchases and refunds, respond to support requests, and prevent misuse. We record which photo links are clicked and when. Vercel Web Analytics helps us understand visits and steps such as sign-in, saved uploads, photo-link clicks, and completed placement purchases. Custom event details contain counts, amounts, and categories, not your email, sign-in code, captions, or payment credentials.

Services that help us operate

Vercel hosts the website, images, and analytics; Neon stores application records; Resend delivers sign-in and operational emails; Stripe processes available paid placements. Payment details are entered through Stripe; our application stores payment and order references rather than full card numbers. These services may process information in countries outside your own.

Our Meta integration publishes to the company's connected Facebook Page and Instagram account. It uses account identifiers and access credentials, and records publication identifiers, links, and delivery results. Visitors sign in by email; we do not require access to their personal Facebook or Instagram accounts. Social platforms process published content under their own policies. Other websites you visit through contributor links have their own privacy practices.

Cookies and retention

We use session cookies for authentication. We retain account and content records while needed to provide the service, resolve support or payment issues, and protect against abuse. Removing an image from your library hides it from eligible future website use, but does not itself erase all stored records or copies already posted on social networks. Backups and records needed for accounting or disputes may remain after removal.

Your choices and requests

You can edit your profile and eligible photos in your dashboard. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, email contact@merendoncloud.com. We verify account ownership before acting and explain any records that must be retained. See deletion instructions for the information to include.
