Sharing places

I Want A Pic There is operated by Merendon Cloud. It lets contributors share photos and direct visitors to their own contact, website, or booking links. We do not provide or fulfil the travel, accommodation, photography, or other services offered through those links. Arrange those services directly with the provider.

Your content and account

Use an email you control. Upload only content you own or have permission to share, including permission from identifiable people where needed. Keep captions, locations, and offers accurate. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content or unsafe links.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it for publication, you give us permission to store, display, resize for presentation, and publish it with its caption and link on this website and our social channels to operate and promote the collection. You can request removal through our contact address. We may reject or remove content that does not meet these requirements.

Review and placements

Photos are reviewed before publication. Free rotation is subject to selection and availability and does not reserve a particular time or position. Paid placements, when available, show their channel, schedule, and price before payment. We do not guarantee audience size, clicks, inquiries, bookings, or earnings.

Some edits and removals are restricted while a placement is booked. Contact us if a booked photo needs urgent correction or removal. Social publication depends on the platform accepting the content, and a published social post may remain visible after its scheduled placement date.

Payments and help

Stripe processes payments. If a paid placement cannot be fulfilled, contact contact@merendoncloud.com with your order reference so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution or refund. Cancellation and refund requests are handled by our team; deleting a photo or leaving checkout does not by itself confirm a refund. Nothing here limits rights that apply to your purchase under applicable law.
